All products installed by the HOME TEAM® carry the full manufacturer’s warranty and, if needed, will be serviced by our service department or by the manufacturer’s service department. We hired Herman's Home Team, based out of Norval, to replace all of our windows and our patio door. We chose Herman's after having 3 other companies provide us with quotes. Herman's quote was quite a bit lower in price than the other companies, and provided the written quote within 24 hours, unlike the others, who I had to either chase down for 2 weeks to recieve or was told "buy today or the deal is gone". Any changes we decided on were updated and emailed back within 24 hours and all questions and concerns were answered in a timely manner. We were kept informed of the process every step of the way. Herman's entire team is very knowledgeable about all of their products. The other companies we had quotes from informed us our patio door was a special order due to its size, but Herman's assured us our door was actually a standard size, which saved us thousands of dollars.
