Holiday Inn - Vancouver Centre

the lunch time buffet here is pretty good depending on the day of the week. each day has a different theme to it. i believe friday is lamb shank day, for about $11, you have the full run of the hot and cold areas. pretty good value. but for others days they are not a great value. so if you need a massive fix for lunch cause you skipped breakfast then this maybe a very good place, just check what theme posted on the stand outside before heading in.
