I went to Canadian Tire a few weeks ago to purchase a spark plug for a lawn mower. I was looking by the lawnmower's but couldn't find the right one. After a couple minutes an associate approached me and asked me if i needed any help. Told him what i was looking for and he proceeded to look. He couldn't find it so he walked me down to the automotive section desk and asked the associate there if he had any stock in the back. The associate checked and sure enough he had the right spark plug. The asssociate was very helpful and went out of his way to help me find the item.
