shaw has always been there for me, I have my internet, home phone and television through them. They are knowledgeable to all my inquires, fast to respond, and i like that they are ahead of the times by introducing the ability to chat online with a live rep, saves me the pain of cradling the phone in my neck while dealing with 3 screamy kids! They are fast to book me in when I need service, have smaller 2 hour time frames, and call if they will be late. I feel the technicians really care, I am not just "another job" for them, they show me how to use the equipment, and make sure I understand it before finishing up. They were courteous and kept my house clean with booties. I knew I could turn the system on and use it right away, very simple to use. the phone lines are clear and free from interference, the internet and cable are reliable and rarely experience problems. No matter what my question, they answer it without making me feel like an {expletive}. I would never consider any other comapany
