Terrible customer service, NO help was on the floor at 9:45am and then the help that eventually shows up isn't really providing the information I was asking for. I had asked cashier for help and he said he thought one person just showed up but then when staff arrived they clumped together in small groups and chatted amongst themselves. Myself and others in the laptop and printer depts. were looking, wanting to shop but.... items are locked and you can't even take one and go to the till. Wasted a lot of time waiting and waiting for sales help.
