Our complex The Renaissance is managed by ACMS. Overall very weak. I have been a director on our board for 4 years and dealt with Tim and Crystal. The back office work is good, the accounts are managed well and bills paid on time. That's where it ends. We've encountered numerous issues with scheduling work, quality of the work done by contractors ACMS hired and work being incomplete or not what we asked for. Owners and renters have been alienated on several occasion by their inability to plan and coordinate routine yearly items like fire inspection and garage cleaning. We've offered feedback on these issues and were met with excuses, lies and even patronized every step of the way. I would not recommend them at all.
