Unprofessional, zero customer care and rock bottom standards! Find another location if you want to purchase a Hyundai. . I had an appointment with Russ, their internet sales manager, for 4 pm on Sept 13, 2019. I wanted to test drive a Tucson and buy a car. I arrived there at their location at 4:05 and asked the reception to inform Russ that I have arrived. I waited for 30 minutes with my family and no one came, again I went to the reception and asked for Russ, the reception girl came back and said Russ is busy and we should wait for another 30 minutes or come back another day. I asked the reception lady to let Russ know that we had an appointment. Finally after 40 minutes I saw Russ, he was explaining how busy he was and he referred me to a second sales associate. Between that second person and a third sales person (a lady) there was a confusion who should take care of us. Any ways this story is longer than this and I am more than happy
