I saw on the Twin Peaks Furnace cleaning website that they received the Gold and Silver “Best of Readers’ Choice Awards Because of that I thought you should know my wife and I are building a house and we had Twin Peaks clean our furnace. I am over whelmed with frustration after having a Twin Peaks employee steal material off our site. I have contacted the office and voiced my concern with the owner, that material was missing from our site and that another worker on site that day saw a Twin Peaks employee walking out with it. The owner said he would talk to his guys and admitted that one employee had done this type of thing in the past. I requested the material returned, It has been two weeks. No material has been returned and I have not had a call back.
