We live on the top floor of the apartment, and the pipe layout is rather strange and dips down a bit. This causes air to become trapped. When our lines were air locked we would get them to come in. 6 calls within the span of 2 weeks. They never fully fixed the issue, saying that it would more than likely air lock again due to the weird lay out, so the techs would bleed out the air of our unit, and would tell us to call if we needed them to come back. Scandia came in to finish the remainder of the apartment (laundry room, electrical room, and hallways). The techs, full on knowing that we have had issues, came in to our unit, bled the air, and left. They didn't turn the thermostat on though. It's winter and minus 10. So I get home to a freezing apartment, and call the after hours. I get a call back from a tech saying that his boss told him not to come in to fix our heat because we were costing him too much money in ot. Unacceptable. Money comes before the well being of their clients.
