I am absolutely unhappy with with this vet clinic. My dog was really sick. I called the Animal Care centre for the advice and they told me , I needed to make an appointment . Earliest appointment available was about 7 days. When I asked if Dr. Dianne Genereux could give me an advice what to do, it wasn't possible. We started to use this clinic about 14 years ago with Dr.Roads and it was awesome. Since he left, the services took a dive. Today We received a letter from the clinic, that we are no longer welcome to Animal care centre as a client. We'll be happy to leave this place and find the vet , who actually cares about animals and not just money.
