Subway is great for a healthy, quick lunch! With a wide selection of subs, flatbread wraps, salads, soup and even breakfast, all made to order and featuring lots of low fat options, they've got something for every taste. I tried their breakfast sandwich for the first time recently (english muffin with ham, scrambled egg and your choice of cheese and veggies) and, although the muffin should have been toasted first, it was tasty! When you order at Subway, you can choose from a number of different breads (whole wheat, Italian, etc.) and then pick your sub- choose classics like ham or cold cuts or specials like grilled chicken. Then top your sub with a whole selection of veggies, from lettuce and tomato to pickles and hot peppers. Finish off with condiments ranging from basic mayo to sweet onion dressing! If you're watching your carbs, you can choose to have any sub served as a salad instead.
