Fantastic Cleaning is currently a family owned and operated company which has been operating on Vancouver Island since 1996. Waldek and Elizabeth Sikorski have over 18years of experience in the industry and are now joined by their son Mike in daily operations. The company now services over 70 accounts in the Greater Victoria, Mill Bay, Duncan and Nanaimo areas and has close to 60 full and part time staff.In addition to Janitorial Services Fantastic Cleaning now also offers post construction cleaning services. Using the small business mentality, Fantastic Cleaning believes that it is the level of quality, supervision, and communication with customers which differentiates it from competing building maintenance companies. Employee retention is maintained by offering benefits including an extended medical plan. Examples of cleaning contracts include large and small office buildings, shopping malls, car dealerships and parking lots.
