Shaw Cable

We recently moved our business. The technicians came and informed us that our internet was set up. However, when we try to use our debit machine it informs us that it is not connected to the internet. We tried to get someone back to rectify the problem but were told that it wasn't Shaws responsibility to connect our debit supplier. I contacted them and they spent time checking out how the cords were installed. They said it was Shaw"s problem. We called Shaw back they said it was correct and not their problem. I don't care whose problem it is I just need my debit to work properly. I believe Moneris when they say there is no service to the debit machine as it keeps coming up as no internet service to machine. I would gladly pay to have the service correctly installed. In the meantime my customers cannot pay by credit card. What terrible service. You would think they would want their equipment to be installed and working properly.
