Shaw Cable

I canceled their service and was expected to uninstall and bring back the cable box myself. The service man had secured it to one of the rafters in my basement and it was very hard for me to uninstall plus they did not send a final bill and sent my account to a collection agency 3 month later. I am very angry and feel Shaw is not looking after the costumers. I will look elsewhere for internet and phone services and not bother with cable tv from them. Shame on you Shaw cable!!! I am not the only one that they have been this bad to either.
