I've chosen and purchased a sofa-bed which I wanted from catalog as owner did not have this sofa-bed on display. I explained to Elmar what kind of bed I would like to buy with all details. He recommended the one I have bought. Unfortunately, the bed I have received did not match my requirements. Moreover, the bed had defects. When I asked Elmar to take the bad back and return my money, he said that he doesn't want to deal with me. Please, be careful when you deal with this person and his business.
