We contacted Ron at Twin Mobile Lock to come and repair our 2 year old Weiser Lock. We had contacted Weiser who had shipped us parts that we needed installed. When Ron arrived, in the driveway he started to grumble that he hated Weiser locks. After a little investigation, he declared the lock defective. We went to Home Hardware and purchased an identical lock (deadbolt and keypad) for Ron to install. He got the lock working but not the keypad. He said the new keypad is defective. He could only get the deadbolt working with a the key, not the pin pad. He charged us $203 and left, knowing that he had only marginally improved our lock situation. 10 days later we contacted Ron to say that for $200 he should have fixed the situation and he was very aggressive with us. He said both locks were defective and he should be paid for his service - it was Home Hardware and Weiser we should be upset with. He was verbally rude and and very aggressive. I would not recommend him to anyone.
