I'm not a big fan of eating in food courts, but at times I do because it's convenient. I used to (up until the experience I'm about to describe) always eat at Tiki Ming when I was in a food court because I felt the food was fresher, tastier and somewhat healthier than other restaurants. So, a few weeks ago, I had a mixed dish of stir fried veggies and rice at Tiki Ming and noticed a strand of long black hair in my food. I brought my plate back to the restaurant counter and the cashier, instead of apologizing for the occurence (which is what I expected/hoped), argued with me that it was MY hair (but I have blond hair)!! They wouldn't even reimburse me my meal. What's more, when I went to the washroom afterwards, a server with a Tiki Ming apron came out of the stall and didn't even wash her hands!! I was horrified! I will never ever ever eat there ever again!
