No regard for patient concerns, I initially indicated a concern over his findings. After numerous calls to try and get a retest I went to a different Dr. and found that there was actually no change to my prescription as he original indicated. I was told that because I did not purchase my prescription there that I would have an additional charge if I took a retest. Gerald Mezei is clearly only concerned about the bottom line and that being to pad his bank account. Unprofessional and I would not recommend to anyone. Also note he is the most expensive Eye test in all of lethbride, certainly not due to his quality of work or concern to his patients.
