As $19,790.77 was invested into a retirement vehichle of my choosing an GIC-RRSP on January 8, 1996, a difference of $2230.46 that was actually sent to BMO in my name. Also on the date of the transaction you threatened to withhold my buy out monies in the amount of $30,000.00 if I did not sign the cheque in the amount of $22,021.23 CP Rail sent to your Bank for the federally protected locked in pension fund. On the date of the transaction I never actually seen the cheque I signed as you had my sign a document that was attached with carbon paper to the cheque Canadian Pacific Rail sent you on my behalf.
