This bank is in a mall and it is the ONLY bank in the mall, and they have one bank machine and maybe 2 tellers working if your lucky. 9 out of ten times I go to a teller because the line up for the atm is crazy! and everytime I want to withdrawl money from my account I have to bring photo id and answer two or three questions, even when I give them my bank card.. the tellers are slow as a turtle and with only one bank machine in the whole mall it crazy.. BMO need to place another atm machine beside the one thats there now.. they have the room....
