The person who came to visit didn't do his work properly instead misguided me and replaced the parts that were working. I told him numerous times of the problem I was facing but he didn't listen. He visited me twice but couldn't fix the problem. He instead charged me the cost for both visits, this was within one week of his service and under the warranty period. When I called him a third time he was interested in his service charges and not to fix the issue then he arrogantly refused to serve me and used offensive language. Still my problem is not fixed and I am looking out for someone who can fix this problem for my appliance.
