By mistake my son bought a pair of shoes for his brother without knowing that I had bought a similar pair, I requested the refund but it was not possible, the owner established a policy of granting credit for the returned product, after expressing my dissatisfaction and informing I will put a review he turned agressive and rude saying that thanks to customers like me his store would be bankrupt. A real shame! After all he could stand on his policy without being so rude. Never will buy there!
