Co Op Taxi De L'ouest

I have decided to change the taxi service provider as the last communication with the service provider was rude. The taxi came late by 10 min. I tried to inform customer care that I will miss my flight, the person on other side said, ‘everyone says that’. That’s was rude and mocking.
