I've used this company a lot. As a dispatcher who works closely to this company, I was stunned when one of their dispatchers hung up on me as I canceled my cab. So I called back to ask his name, he said our business is done and hung up on me again! I will be filing a complaint to the manager. So not cool. There drivers have always been very nice. I appreciate the quick service and convenience.
