Awful service, bad attitude and lack of respect shown when the company makes an error. Purchased a used car from Nissan and the only negotiation made was a request for winter tires which was agreed. We were told the tires would be close to brand new and when given the tires they had clearly been used for at least 2 winters. The main issue is that the car I purchased has 19 inch rims and the winter tires given to us are 20 inch, the response being that you asked for winter tires and I’ve given you some... not that they have to fit on the car, we tried to make this work by requesting the manager provides used metal rims for the tires or provide the correct 19 inch sized tires but got the same response in that we have given you winter tires and they do not need to fit. Completely ridiculous response, but expected from the small minded imbecile that is the manager at this branch. We will continue to spread the word on the type of people you deal with at this dealership.
