Rona

With summer here, my daughter out of school and as always my busy schedule, my son and I decided at the last minute to stop at our local Rona to buy fittings for our pool. I had no measures or sample of the size and in all honesty I wasn’t even sure of what I needed. Hesitant I stopped the first employee that I saw for assistance and to my surprise was directed to the plumping department. Where a boy young man wearing a Rona vest and smile offered me assistance in both French and then English. Patiently he listened as I explained my Idea to heat the pool this year, then the magic began. He assembled all the pieces for the two size possibilities, explained to me how to go about doing the job and assured me that I could return the extra parts with no difficulty. Even as I was passing at the cash the lady stopped to answer a question my four year old son had about a flashlight close by. The family like, helpful and understanding atmosphere just makes me want to return, never have I been so comfortable shopping.
