Pho Tan Vietnamese Restaurant is what this place is called now. i read some reviews online and they were raving about this place as a must try hole in the wall pho shop. i went here to find it empty except for a group of mom's having a kids play date drinking bubble tea; first bad sign. well ordered the standard pho with rare beef, broth was flavorless, could have been boiled water with a few green onions in it. i think this is the first time in my life i never finished a bowl of pho. i quickly paid and regretted my visit here. i am not sure what these people were raving about.
