First and foremost the staff is knowledgable and they are friendly. They deliver everywhere from Whistler to the BC Interior and their delivery charges are beynd reasonable. When a few items I was looking for were not in stock they were quick to place a call and have the items in that afternoon which shocked me! They will be getting my business from now on!. I love to support small locally owned businesses and even more so when they do fantastik service!
