Dear London Team, With deeply disappointment I am writing this words to let you know that past December 2018 I booked an appointment for today, January 22 at 10:30am. After waited for a month, I received a text message the day prior my appointment as a reminder for my today's appointment with you. But unfortunately, the receptionist in a cold and non sympathetic manner told me that She tried to contact me before to confirm my appointment but as I did not confirm, the slayed my book. I told the lady that I DID NOT receive neither a text message nor a phone call and the only message I had was only the reminder about my appointment but again, She only slashed my words by just saying that after all, another random person took over my turn and if I wanted to book an appointment that will be until March, 2019. I am very frustrated about that situation and not to mention how embarrased that receptionist made me feel in front of my friends. I only wish you can offer a better customer service
