These people are horrible. Called me regarding a bill from over 3 years ago that was under my warranty with Wilson Heating. Gave them all of the info and they never called me back. I called again and left a message but still no return call. What happened to common courtesy? But you know they would want respect if they were trying to collect a debt!!!
