Phil's is always my first choice for a consistently great and fast lunch. Although I have not explored their menu beyond their fabulous fish and chips/salad, I am never disappointed. The customer service is as reliable as the food, with super friendly and accommodating staff. Delicious fish, great prices, two thumbs up.
