The owner will offer you something extra like a courtesy car and end up charging you after in some hidden way by claiming he had to buy a module or something that was broken. He'll even show you a random part from some other car after and claim it was in yours. Also, my transmission lasted about 15 months after I spent $2400 for Rick to fix it. Overall he's unreliable. He's fairly cheap in price by comparison to other transmission guys but you really do get what you paid for.
