Interglobe Security

Literally the worst customer service you will ever receive in your life. Security company? Is this a sick joke? Yesterday afternoon someone stole a wheel from our store and we have been trying to get into our surveillance ever since... I called Bill and explained the situation and instead of help with the security system or empathy he was condescending and unable to provide me with any help on how to get into the $4000 surveillance system that I purchased from him last year. I then spent the entire rest of my day trying to figure it out how to get in with no success... I get home after my typical 13 hour work day and the wife notices I can't sleep and I'm extra stressed because we had fired a disgruntled employee the day before who has keys to the store and we had also been STOLEN from in broad daylight. She is now basically in tears because our investment is not protected and she kindy calls Bill to ask for emergency help and she was met with nothing but hostility.
