Very rude customer service, never had such a terrible experience. Talked with a broker named Grace Jo to get my house insured. She took a day to go over my details, then quoted me a figure. I accepted, then a day later she calls back and tells me she forgot about condition of my condo (will be vacant), and quoted me a figure 4 times the price, and that she can do max 6 months insurance separately, and not yearly. Now, as it was a possibility that I rent out the condo, I asked for exact quotes for both vacant/non-vacant, she said I was too demanding, told me to look elsewhere, and hung up the phone while I was mid-sentence.
