Very professional, conscientious, efficient and economical service. Used only new, OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts which cost more but meant better repairs. When manager (Alan) was advised that I needed car soon, he completed 4-5 day job in two days (by working late into evening to arrange delivery of parts). He included in his original estimate potential costs (minor body work & painting) but when he discovered they weren't necessary, he voluntarily lowered the agreed upon price. If I ever need autobody repair work Alan's shop will be my first choice.
