(Georgetown location): (most) Hygienists are rude, they look at you and start whispering to each other. It's like being in high school and having the mean girls gossip about you right in front of your face. The orthodontist himself isn't thorough and makes it obvious he doesn't really care about you. He is also very touchy- a little TOO touchy. Not a positive environment with the exception of a couple hygienists. If you get a chance, switch orthodontists you won't regret it.
