Michelle is impossible to reach by phone. During RRSP season she won't even look at you.However, the staff is quite nice especially Irene. She really knows how to get you setup. They moved from Mississauga and are now in Oakville which makes going down there a pain. I plan on switching to a new agent. I haven't been impressed with Michelle since she took over from Eve Beck.
