Toro Railings seems to really suck. Their railing installations have been falling off of buildings onto major city intersections in downtown Toronto. Either it was their labour, or the windows they chose to install; either way, the installations are uninstalling themselves onto Toronto city streets. On the plus side, I bet this company has done thousands of installations and this is the first we're ever hearing of them. They seem to have responded quickly and professionally to the matter. At least they're taking accountability!
