They will charge you for two people to watch a target, and neither will be able to follow the target to their destination, and then be told later that weather and traffic interfered, yet they still bill you for full days of surveillance. You will be billed all kinds of fictitious amounts for services not rendered, including "administrative charges". Do not expect to get any information of value, and you will be charged ridiculous amounts.
