Evelyn's Sandwich Factory is fabulous! It's a tiny little place on Niagara Street that blends in with the surrounding businesses, so it can easily be missed (but be sure not to miss it, you won't regret it!). They serve fresh soup and sandwiches that are made in front of you. The prices are good and you most likely will not find fresher food made for you in this area. You can choose exactly what you want on your sandwich and when we visited there, I did not expect a sandwich to be so filling and delicious. The sandwiches are made on the freshest bread, with the freshest veggies.. and is just overall one of the best hidden-gems in the Welland area!!
