Dines Restaurant opened for business in 1964 and continues to be an important part of Oshawa's history. We have expanded over the years to accommodate our ever growing clientele. This is another Oshawa dive that I had previously been to after a late night out on the town for greasy goodness to sop up the pints! :) I have been for breakfast and lunch once or twice since and was pretty disappointed. The breakfast was all over done and the service was terrible with no refills on coffee at all. And lunch was bland and not very special for a diner type restaurant. Will not return there even after a few again :)
