The story of Custom Elite isn’t one of big factories or celebrating grand openings… in fact, we can trace everything back to our two founders, Steve and Raymond, who happened to share a creative passion for fine furniture and woodwork.
Taking on small projects and refining their techniques over a number of years, they grew their small businesses independently until 1994, when a few thoughts shared over a quick lunch gave birth to an idea: that there could be one company that would help homeowners and builders to find their vision, design it on paper, and produce the highest-quality woodwork. Based on that thought, they joined together to form Custom Elite and haven’t looked back since. It didn’t take long for them to discover that the market quality work, attention to detail, and a commitment to service was larger than they had expected. In fact, with orders coming in from Vancouver, other parts of British Columbia, and even the United States, they started to expand from furniture to cabinets, offices, and other woodworking projects. Today, Custom Elite continues to grow, but our vision hasn’t changed at all. Our goal is still to help you find or design what you want in your home and then make it a reality. We want every person or company who works with us to know that they got not only the finest craftsmanship, but an unmatched level of service and value.
