Mersey has been located on Midland avenue for over a decade, but was recently bought out by Service Experts. We have had semi-annual service by them for our furnace and air conditioner for over 4 years, and had our central air installed by them. The workers who installed the AC were extremely polite, professional and friendly, and installed the unit quickly, finding a work-around solution to our insufficient power supply. The annual service is also very prompt and polite, informing us of quick fixes for common problems. They always provide flyers and coupons, and have yet tried to up-selll us on any items/services. The fees seem reasonable, esp. considering the coupons.
