Enterprise Rent-A-Car

We had a rental for two days at Enterprise Car Rental in Brampton. No problems with the car. We brought the car to the parking in Brampton and threw the keys into the box. Just on the way back home, we realized that we forgot our mobile phone in the door of the passengers side. As it was 2 o'clock, we decided to call early in the morning. On the phone it was just poor Service, the person on the phone had no interest on having a clear check. At that time the phone has already been taken out of the car. When we went there, nobody could help us. Its nothing about the worth of the phone but as we came from Germany there were so many pictures and memories caught on the card. That is a real cheap act of anyone who took the phone from Enterprise Car Rental in Brampton. We are more than 100% sure that we let it there and we know that it was our fault to forget it inside the car . But one could expect a little bit of humanity and honesty and not a poor person making use of it.
