About 2 weeks ago my boyfriend and I took a trip to Niagara Falls and stayed at the Comfort Inn Fallsview. The only reason we visited My Cousin Vinny's is because with our stay we had a vocher for 10% off our meal and it was right next door to the hotel. We would not recommend this restaurant to anyone as we had a terrible experience. I had ordered a steak wrap and my boyfriend ordered the chicken parmesan. When our food arrived my steak wrap was so greasy, there was a puddle of grease on my plate, as well as the tortilla wrap being so soggy. After picking it up I had a nice film of grease covering my hands. We told the waitress about it and all she did was come back with a handful of napkins. After complaining a few times, and me not even being able to eat my meal she never once offered to replace it or take the item off the bill. The chicken parmesan was also soggy and tasted like it had been re-heated or microwaved. Absolutely disgusted!
