We had J & S concrete do a patio slab and what a horror story. First off his crew don't take instructions well and this resulted in a poor job. We had it done in May and within a month there were several cracks throughout the slab. The parging on the half wall started to fall off. We called this company and the suggestion on the owner's part was that this is an easy fix, we could do it ourselves; just mix the parging, put it on, and then get some concrete filler for the cracks in the concrete and put it on. Nothing to it. We told him he needed to come and see it and of course you know how the story goes, he never ever showed up even after several phone calls. We are going to report him to the better business bureau and this hopefully will put a mark on his business. If anyone is looking for cement work to be done, take our advice and DO NOT GET THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN AND NEVER COME BACK IF ANYTHING GOES WRONG!!!!WE PAID $1,808. FOR NOTHING.
