We had the worst possible experience dealing with Arnold Vos the owner of the company Sundance Spas Newmarket and his unprofessional and inexperienced crew. Arnold Vos turned out to be an unreliable and deceitful contractor. The installer occupied our property for 30 days more than was the agreement, causing us continuous stress of living on a construction site. His crew could not cope with the job. They filled the pool with water 3 times and then emptied it 3 times! They lied about delivering an individual pool and overcharged us for this service, meanwhile they delivered it together with another pool. We were never reimbursed. They failed installing the swimming pool. We had to hire a new company to finish installing our swimming pool. We would not recommend Sundance Spas Newmarket to anyone!
