Warning, this is not a complimentary review. I have had dealings with this company for just over 2 years. I purchased a generator from these people in an effort to shop locally and support small business. Big mistake. These people were very happy to sell me a generator, and assured me that they service what they sell. Within a year with minimal use, I encountered major problems with my unit. However these mechanical problems were made to look small when compared to how difficult a time I had to get my generator up and running. After a letter of complaint to the Canadian Distributor I received a phone call of apology and an assurance that my generator had been repaired. Not too long afterwards I again had major problems with my unit and when I returned it to the dealer I was told that they didn't deal with this company anymore and I would have to get it repaired elsewhere. The very place where I bought this item now refused to service it. They sent it somewhere else. Go figure! Don't shop here!
