The replacement of a water heater done to our satisfaction. 2 minor plumbing jobs were not well done. An outside hose tap- the “plumber” was not prepared for the job, left to rent a drill and borrowed tools and mounting screws, a more experienced man came and gave instructions. The last job was a shower cartridge replacement; the “plumber” again borrowed tools, after he left we found the hot and cold water positions were reversed. We corrected the job ourselves. Do not use.
