Technician was rude. Demanded cash payment only, did not know how to give a receipt and gave attitude when we asked. We ended up getting him to take a cheque bc we were not prepared for cash. Was in the house for 60 seconds and it cost $80.00. No tax receipt, no polite service. Left the house swearing because he was yelling on the phone and we asked him to go outside as I had little kids around. Don’t use their services.
